Privacy, in plain words

What we collect. When you request work we collect your name, phone, email if you give it, ZIP code, the job, and any details or photos you add. If you tick the helper box we also collect the homeowner’s name and phone.

Who sees it. One pro at a time, and only after they accept your request. We do not sell your details and we do not give them to anyone else. Your street address is asked for only once a pro has accepted.

How we contact you. By text and email about your request: who was matched, when they reached you, and one question after the job. Nothing else.

Pros. We keep insurance certificates, license details, and background-check results privately, and never publish them. A pro’s public card shows their name, photo, trade, years in business, check dates, and reviews.

Payment. We never ask homeowners for payment details. Pros keep a card on file with our payment processor; we never see the card number.

Analytics. We use ordinary website analytics to see which pages people visit. No ads are sold.
